The Le Fleuve Newsletter is an electronic periodical published from 1990 until 2003 by all the partners in St. Lawrence Plan aiming at informing people, organizations or companies worried about the protection and the conservation of the St. Lawrence River.
More precisely, it accounts for the actions undertaken and the results obtained within the framework of the St. Lawrence Plan, and progress made with regard to the objectives set by each partner.
