This second Rendez-vous St. Lawrence aimed to report on the state of and trends in the St. Lawrence ecosystem based on the latest results of the environmental indicators established under the State of the St. Lawrence Monitoring Program. The forum was also an opportunity to explore ways of improving the Program by taking account of topical environmental issues and considering the new stakeholders who are ready to join in this cooperative initiative.

This event was one in a series of planned meetings to which Program partners have committed to giving a voice to communities and peers.
