The countdown is on, you have until December 3rd, 2021 (23h59) to submit your project proposal to the Community Interaction Program for the health of the St. Lawrence River.

Popular for recreational activities and essential to trade and economy, the St. Lawrence River is of worldwide importance. The St. Lawrence also presents a rich and unique flora and fauna. Its future is threatened by issues related to biodiversity, sustainability of uses and water quality. Through targeted and effective actions, projects realized in the past under the Community Interaction Program contributed to the improvement of the St. Lawrence’s ecosystem. It is time for you to be part of the CIP success stories by submitting a project related to protection/restoration of habitat and shoreline, raising community awareness on St. Lawrence’s issues, or ecosystem conservation as part of a study-action project.
